Are you fully insured? But of course! Trust and safety are top priorities for us.

Are your cleaning professionals background checked? Absolutely. We rigorously vet all of our cleaners, who undergo background checks to make sure they're squeaky clean.

Are the products you use family and pet friendly? We wouldn't have it any other way. Your team will bring their own green cleaning equipment and supplies. They only use products that we would use in our home, and around our own pets and family. Our cleaning products are pet friendly, never tested on animals, made with no animal by-products, bottled in 100% recycled plastic, made of non-toxic, naturally derived and biodegradable ingredients, and are completely safe for you, your family, pets and the environment.

What is your Cancellation Policy? We understand that unplanned issues arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this should happen, we respectfully ask that you call to inform us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be assessed for 50% of the total cost of your original cleaning service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with us in regard to this policy in that it helps up continue to provide the best possible service to our clients in a timely manner.

Do I have to be home at the time of service? Only if you wish to be. Many of our clients provide us with a key and/or alarm code to access their home.

I am a regular client, what if I would like to change my day of service? We're here to serve you. Just tell us what day best fits your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you. Or, you can log into your account to make changes to your appointment.

Do you offer discounts for regular bookings? Oui, oui! For our clientele who regularly book with us (either monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly) a minimum 10% discount. It's our way of saying,"Merci!"

Should I tip my cleaners? Tipping is never expected but is always appreciated.

What if I'm not satisfied? Our teams perform to a high standard of cleaning and we provide a 24-hour guarantee of their work. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning service and we will come back to your house for an inspection and correct the problem as soon as possible.
