Are you fully insured? But of course! Trust and safety are top priorities for us. Whenever a Maids à la Mode team visits your home, you can rest assured that they are trained and insured.

Are the products you use family and pet friendly? We wouldn't have it any other way. We only use products that we would use in our home, and around our own pets and family. Our cleaning products are pet friendly, never tested on animals, made with no animal by-products, bottled in 100% recycled plastic, made of non-toxic, naturally derived and biodegradable ingredients, and are completely safe for you, your family, pets and the environment.

Do you clean in the weekends too? Absolutely! We think it's important to be available when you need us most (and we're still trying to figure out why so many of the other maid services in town don't)!

What is your Cancellation Policy? We understand that unplanned issues arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this should happen, we respectfully ask that you call to inform us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be assessed for 50% of the total cost of your original cleaning service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with us in regard to this policy in that it helps up continue to provide the best possible service to our clients in a timely manner.

Do I have to be home at the time of service? Only if you wish to be. Many of our clients provide us with a key and/or alarm code.

I am a regular client, what if I would like to change my day of service? We're here to serve you. Just tell us what day best fits your schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer discounts for regular bookings? Oui, oui! For our clientele who regularly book with us (either monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly) a minimum 10% discount. It's our way of saying,"Merci!"

What happens when I refer a friend? We are always looking to make new friends and rely upon you for your good word and recommendations. We appreciate you sharing "le clean" with your friends, family and neighbors that for every referral resulting in a booking, we'll send you a $25 gift certificate that you can apply to your next service or gift to a friend!

Should I tip my maids? Tipping is never expected but is always appreciated.

What if I'm not satisfied? We are so confident that you will love us that our services are guaranteed. But on the rare occasion that you aren't happy, we will promptly return within 24 hours to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
