Our flat rates are based on the average length of time needed to complete a service on a home of your size assuming the home has been maintained regularly. Please keep in mind that some Cleaning Pros are more efficient than others. Our flat-rate pricing assumes your home meets the average standard of cleanliness and that you have provided accurate information regarding its size and the desired scope of work. If your home is more heavily soiled than average, or larger than was indicated, your job will be converted from the flat-rate to an hourly rate (per cleaner). PLEASE NOTE: Your Cleaning Pro(s) will perform a thorough assessment upon arrival and may determine the need to 1) reduce the scope of work and prioritize accordingly, or 2) may require more time to complete the job (at standard rates and based on availability). Heavy-duty fees may be required.
Simply adjust the square footage, number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms down to include only those areas you’d like to have cleaned. Make sure you note the areas you DO NOT want to have cleaned in your booking notes. Your rate will automatically adjust accordingly.
