3. Let us know the names of any furry (or feathered) loved ones at home so that we can give them a little attention while we're there.
4. If you won't be home for your service, be sure to let us know in advance where to find your house key as well as any keyless entry or alarm codes. If we've sent you a recurring service lockbox, let us know what 4-digit code we should use.
5. For move-in/move out cleans, please confirm that your water and power are turned on in advance of our arrival. We will need these to clean effectively.
6. Make sure we have a good phone number for you in case we need to reach you during your service.
7. Try as we might, some surfaces cannot be returned to their original factory condition. It is important to us that your expectations be within the bounds of what is achievable. We will do our very best to communicate these limitations to you during your service. **i.e. tile that needs grout resealed, tubs that need re-enameling, surfaces that need to be repainted, extensively ground-in dirt beneath the surface that cannot be reached with conventional equipment, brittle/sun-damaged mini blinds, scuff marks, discolored trim work, etc.
