Robertsdale may be a small town, but you don’t have to go far to enjoy great places and activities. For starters, you have lovely parks in the heart of the city, being Garret Park and Honey Bee Park, some of the locals’ favorites. You can take the children to play in the playgrounds, organize a family picnic under the gentle shadow of pavilions, or enjoy the multiple walking and biking trails.

However, there is one place worth mentioning outside the city limits. If you go south to the neighboring city of Summerdale, in just a couple of minutes, you’ll reach the Gator Farms and the Alligator Alley. In this exciting sanctuary, hundreds of reptiles live freely in their natural habitat. You can ask for a guided tour and stroll above the boardwalk to get a better look at these amazing animals.
